A couple of weeks ago I was playing around with opening the restrictive induction system of the 3rd gen's up. I have cut out all the restrictive stuff and it has made a big difference in the performance and the respnsiveness of the engine actually rev's allot faster. It has also made a difference economy wise. I was getting 22-24 mpg highway tell I opened up the induction system. It's actuall really responsive even when it's warm out side, but is awesome when it's cool out. Probably because of the Isotropic effect it is getting and no heat in the T/B. The T/B is warm when running (cool enough to leave your hand on) and gets really warm when you turn it off (heat soaked). But after starting up up and running it for about 5 minutes it cools back down.
