305 TPI RUNNING RICH

I got this 85 z28 with 305 TPI.  It seems to be running really rich and sometimes it will surge at idle.  It never dies but is very annoying.  IS there any idle adjustment or maybe some sort of adjustment i can do to get it running better without replacing parts?

First check your codes. Then start checking your voltages for the different devices. Check the wiring diagrams from the Camaro/Firebird manuals. Also check that your ECM is plugged in all the way. Do you know if the injectors that you have are the correct ones?, 19lb. for 305's and 21 lb. for 350. Check injector impedance also. There are Camaro/Firebird websites that have information on what there supposed to be.
