***Chris' Cruise***

To show our love and support for Chris Ogaard, and his family, please join us for a cruise in his honor on Sunday, November 5th at 1:00 PM

Northerners-
Please meet at the Layton WalMart at 11:45pm. We will leave at 12:00 pm to Cruise down and meet the SLC and Southern People

SLC and Southern -
Meet at Liberty Park (1300 South 700 East) On the EAST side of the park near 700 East. We will wait for the Northerners, and leave at 1:00 PM

*** PLEASE GAS UP BEFORE YOU COME!

Cruise Route -
Start location at Liberty Park (Will enter on the South Side at 1300 South, and will park on the East Side by 700 East)
-Exit Liberty Park off of the 9th South Exit
-Head North on 700 East to 400 South
-Turn Right on 400 South (Take 400 South past the U, will connect to Foothill Blvd)
-Connect to I-215 Southbound, and head south to the I-15 Southbound Connection.
-Head south on I-15 to the Bangerter Exit.
-Turn Right off Bangerter, and head west towards Redwood Road.
-Once at Redwood, Turn Right (North)
-Cruise up Redwood until we reach the cemetary: Memorial Estates 6500 S. Redwood Rd.

**Anyone that wants to pay respects to Chris can at this time. Chris' services are on Thursday.

Donations will be gladly accepted on behalf of the Ogaard Family. Please try and donate at least $10. Every little bit will make a difference for Chris' family.

There are several restaurants nearby if folks are interested in grabbing a bite to eat later.

PLEASE post if you will be attending! See you Sunday!

I went and it was awesome just like Jen said. Chris' family and Rachelle where really appreciative of the turmout in support of Chris and his family. When we where are his grave Chris' Mom and his wife Rachelle gave heart felt thank you to all that came.

not to rain on the parade but special thanks to the one or two jackasses that were burning out at the cemetary...UFBA, UMCA and utah stangs are no longer welcome at memorial estates...anybody associated with these groups will be arrested and charged with trespassing...by order of the west jordan police department...that is a direct quote from a west jordan police officer...on a lighter note that was a very good turn out and i was honored to be a part of it...

OMG how disrepectful is that to Chris' wife and Family. Someone ott to turn them in and give witness to the fact. Do the right thing somebody. We all make mistakes but this is unacceptable. I'm bent.

Sound a little overdramatic on the part of the so-called authorities.

I've heard engines that could "wake the dead", but it would seem they've taken it too literally. Hate to break it to them, but those are bodies in the cemetery. The people who occupied them left a long time ago.

Next time put banners saying "GOD HATES RICERS" on all the cars and call it a protest of death because death only happens because every time a ricer revs his buzzbomb, God kills a muscle car guy.

The guy who did the burn was a cousin, too.

hate to say it, but this was so obvious that it would happen. I knew one or two idiots would burn out or disturb the peace somehow. Must have ant's in their pants and a yurning to show off as to get a rise out of it. no matter who did it, now no one is allowed back at the cemetary. It is very disrespectful towards the family and friends attending the ceremony. it's also disrespectful to others parties attending memorial services or visiting a loved one.

I heard it was a cousin. Cousin or not, it was still a stupid move. It was just disrespectful at a time that should show remores and empathy. My boner of the day vote goes to this or these guys.

no it was two mustangs right in front of the building...and apparently there was a grieving family inside with the caretaker..and thats what made him so uptight about it...he was quite a jerk about the whole thing even after we told him we had no idea who those guys were...he also tried telling me that same "crap" happens every weekend...it was a very disrespectful thing to do and i think the guilty parties should come forward and suffer the consequences of their actions...that cop was actually trying to tell us he could impound our car right then and there..i called his bluff and he kinda dropped that...at any rate there is a time and a place for that kind of behavior and that wasnt the time nor the place...

Wow.. I had no idea that this happened.. It must of happened after some of us left to eat. That is aweful, both for the grieving family, and for the reputation of the clubs. $:-\$
