I did the same thing and ordered all my 3" Aluminum Tubing online. I also purchased a 3-1/4" pipe tubing cutter, It works great and leaves a perfectly smooth cut. If you need to borrow it, lit me know. It cost me over a hundred bucks, but I had to do lots of cuts.
