The story was it wasnt going all that fast .. Guess they dont build em like they used to

Yeah I reposted that over on LS1Tech in the NW section a few days ago.  Story is that it was slick (ice) and lost control after avoiding another car that pulled out in front.

Yeah... they design them to crush / disintegrate now though, leaving the passengers cabin intact / passengers alive.  Cars dont fair so well, but the people inside do.
