Stalling Problem
« on: March 25, 2010, 06:44:52 pm »
Ok my car does the normal stall when im starting it when its cold outside.

But it stalls after I fill it up with gas. It only stalls after I fill up, no other time. What would be causing that?

I try not to go below half a tank so I don't kill the fuel pump.

But right after I fill up my car will stall just waiting to go back into traffic and it will keep doing it until I go and floor it....

Am I sucking air or what? Its pissing me off.

Could be but prob not  try wrapping as much of the fuel line up in the engine compartment with tin foil  crimp it good around as much line as you can see   that might help

Sorry I haven't had time to try that yet. But I did discover a vacuum leak. Well a hose completely detatched. Thanks for that tip. I'll prob do it tomorrow if its warmer out.
