These guys (autopartsdealer.com) are clowns.
On 7/26 I placed an order for my Crane valve springs, valve spring compressor, and valve spring seats. At the time of my order, it clearly said my parts wouldnt ship until 7/12. I accepted because their price was $50 cheaper than Summits. I wasnt in a hurry for the springs.
The seats showed up within 1 week.
Today (8/17) I still dont have my springs or spring compressor.
Yesterday I call them up, waited on hold for 30 minutes before a real person ever answered the phone, only to be told "oh, I don't think we can even get those - let me make a phone call". 10 minutes later she comes back on "I'm still on the phone waiting for them, I'll call you back is that OK? She confirmed my number and I told her that was fine."
No call back.
Today I tried calling again. After 30 minutes of waiting in the right "queue" within their menu, no one answered, and I got sent back to the very beginning of their menu system - as if I had just called for the first time. 30 minutes down the drain.
I knew I was taking a risk when trying them - but this will be my first and last time dealing with them. They'll either ship it today (If i can get them on the phone), or refund me and I'll just stick with summit like I should have from the get go.
