beautifull. Powder coating is pretty fun I think. Some day if I ever get a shop, I will have powder coating stuff. I have a bunch of powder, just no where to use it! LOL!

Thanks ! I agree it is a cool process  :pimp:

Well most of my powder coating experience was with KevinZ28's setup in Idaho, a full size kitchen range ...

BUT due to limited space in my shop, I picked up a used 4 element toaster oven for $10 off of KSL, and so far it's working AWESOME! for these part (one at a time) ... 392 degrees for 8 mins seems to be no problem for it (about 15-18 minute total time) :metal:

Cool, I wouldn't mind picking up an old 220v range for the garage, myself. The Wife™ isn't a fan when I use hers.

Let the tear down begin ! I hope too have it back together for Malad, ID car show  :sherlock:

Got the RH side piece of cake, the LH side is 98% apart, BUT one of the spindle to steering knuckle bolts is stuck GOOD ! So far tried all (3) 1/2" Impacts, heat, and now it's soaking in PB Blaster ... The nut is off the back, the bolt just won't pass through the two cast pieces (rust most likely) :(

More heat, 1/2" impact, C -clamp, Knocker loose, etc. and the other side is finally done (3+ hours, compared to ~1 on the RH side :( )

(p.s. the improper bolt is just holding the stereing knuckle from flopping)

Progress .. sort of :(

Step 1, of the "kit" required a trip to the parts store / coffee cans :(

AND I had planned on just reusing the stock LS1 rubber brake lines (with metric to NPT adapter), They are too short and won't work :( SO I guess more $ for BLING braided lines, but no adapter needed  :wootwoot:

Wow. Looks good. It also looms like the rims barely fit over the calipers.

You are correct, the LS1 ~12" brakes are the largest I can fit with my wheel combination (16x7/17x9) :)
