How do you like the disc brakes and rear shock setup?
I had a (2002 If I remember right) univega full suspension y-frame at one time then somebody stole it 
I still have a no suspension hardtail specialized that I use on the street but I would like to get another offroader in the future!
i've owned 2 other straight8's, the bike rides like a dream very smooth and very plush. as far as the diskbrakes... kick ass!!! unlike a cars brakes that when you take your foot off the pedal the brake pads stay in contact with the rotor, the brakes on my bike (Hayes brakes) fully retract so no brake drag.. it's fooking sweeeeeeet!!!! my first full suspention bike was a Univega ds600, me being 110lbs, i bent the frame...hehe, then i up graded to a Schwinn 4Banger
